MPR Connects will feature Tom Crann talking in-person with Sammi Loo, owner of Ootori Sushi and Mezza 9 café in Rochester, Minnesota. Tom and Sammi will talk flavors, recipes and advice. Learn more about Sammi and her journey through her food career. Sammi will share her favorite vegan sushi recipe and demonstrate her sushi rolling technique! Tastings will be available.
